The local Stafford Crossfit location will be sponsoring a WOD (work-out-of-the-day) sometime in June. The cost is $25. You will receive a really AWESOME T-shirt, along with instruction on how to complete the WOD. This event is open to ALL... you do not have to be a current Crossfit Member to participate.
