The "Breast" WOD ever!

The local Stafford Crossfit location will be sponsoring a WOD (work-out-of-the-day) sometime in June. The cost is $25. You will receive a really AWESOME T-shirt, along with instruction on how to complete the WOD. This event is open to ALL... you do not have to be a current Crossfit Member to participate. Raffle - Now selling raffle tickets - $5 each.

We are selling raffle tickets for $5 each. We have 3 sets of prizes (each set is very similar to the items shown in the picture). Your winning set will include one item from each of the following (sets are created randomly by the M's and the T's):

• an Arbone basket full of goodies
  
• a spend $25 get $10 off gift certificate to Eileen's Cafe
  
• a spend $35 get $25 off gift certificate to La Rosetta
